SDK License

This page is the license for the ADBNK SDK for Android, iOS and Flutter. It is the same text that ships with the SDK package.

This license applies to the ADBNK SDK for Android, iOS and Flutter, including the compiled libraries (AAR, XCFramework), the Flutter plugin package, and any accompanying files (together, the "SDK").

1. License grant

Subject to these terms, ADBNK grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to integrate the SDK into your own applications and to distribute the SDK only as an embedded, unmodified part of those applications, solely to show ADBNK ads.

2. Restrictions

Except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction, you must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

• (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, protocols, or data formats of the SDK or of any service it communicates with;
• (b) modify, patch, hook, or create derivative works of the SDK, or bypass or interfere with any of its functions;
• (c) distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or publish the SDK on its own or other than as embedded in your applications;
• (d) use the SDK to generate, simulate, or misrepresent ad requests, impressions, clicks, or other events;
• (e) remove or alter any proprietary notices in the SDK.

3. Ownership

The SDK is licensed, not sold. ADBNK and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the SDK. The compiled libraries are provided in binary form only. Where parts of the SDK are delivered as source files (such as the Flutter plugin), they are provided solely so you can build and integrate them unmodified; Section 2 still applies and no right to modify or reuse them separately is granted.

4. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and distributing the SDK.

5. Disclaimer

THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADBNK IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SDK.

7. Other terms

Your use of ADBNK services is also governed by the ADBNK publisher terms. If these terms conflict with a separate written agreement between you and ADBNK, that agreement prevails.
